After having a collard green wrap at my favorite local cafe several times I decided it was time to craft this yummy wrap at home.
Naturally, I tend to make my favorite restaurant foods at home…at a much discounted price… and healthier portion.
So here is what I came up with. The Rainbow Collard Wrap.

I start off with a nice big collard green. Why use collard greens as the wrap?
First off, they have no carbs! Yay! Plus they are packed with cancer prevention nutrients, excellence source of vitamin A, C, and E. Plus magnesium and a natural antioxidant.
So why not fill these beautiful green leaves with veggies, hummus and avocado?
This wrap will leave you satisfied for a while. Eat up!
1. Start with a large collard green leaf. Spread a generous amount of your favorite hummus (I used garlic hummus) all over.
