Sprout and Chickpea Salad

The dressing is simply EVOO, balsamic vinegar, sea salt, fresh cracked black pepper and dash of ground red pepper. ¬†Drizzle that over the salad and enjoy immediately. It’s a delicious salad that keeps you full for a while.
