5 Minute Yoga at Your Desk

Taking a 5 minute break out of your busy day can totally change your mood and your productivity.

You might be a little happier, have more energy and reduce work-related stress when you incorporate these simple moves into your day.

It’s quick, simple and easy. Plus you can do it from your desk.

It’s so easy you don’t even have to get out of your chair!

So here’s a little ‘life hack’ that can totally change your day and the outcome of a potentially otherwise stressful situations.

Yoga You can Do at Work – You Deserve a 5 minute Break

CAUTION: After doing yoga you might experience more efficiency, brighter mood and increased levels of concentration. I’m sure your boss & co-workers would not mind.

Notice how you feel after these 5 minutes you have given yourself.

After you complete your mini yoga session take a few minutes to close your eyes (if you can) to just sit and breathe.

As you inhale, say to yourself ‘let’ and on the exhale, ‘go’.

Trying to ‘Let Go’ of whatever it is that may be causing you stress or unease in your day.

Know that you can also do these simple poses at home too.
